I loved how convenienty located the hotel was to mermaid Quay. It was also located near to a bus stop which took us to the city centre. The reception was really nice :) there are some constructions going on so our room had the windows covered (which I didn't prefer) but it was still nice

Close to the Cardiff Bay area and a very short bus to the main city and Cardiff Castle. Breakfast was excellent (but no muesli). Rooms spacious but no fridge (I think that the UK don't do fridges) we did enjoy our stay and would fully recommend staying here. Car park is next door at a multi carpark which is subsidised by the hotel @ 25 - 30%.

It was my second time staying in Cardiff and I wanted to stay in the Bay Area so I was happy to stay here☺︎ The service is simple but the staff are all friendly. It was nice that the cleanliness was maintained. It was convenient because it was less than 30 minutes on foot from Central. I will use this again when staying in Cardiff!

Very disappointed to be honest it all went wrong when I got an email after I had paid saying that I would not be able to see out my window because of works going on that didn’t matter because you can’t even open the window. The bedroom was dirty walls all scuffed and a hole in the sheets and a stain on the pillow also ontop of that the ac only went down too 19c so that was awful. The shower head had grime and dirt all round it personally it looked like blood but I’ll leave that to the premier inn staff to decide Wouldn’t reccomend

Sadly the extractor fan in the room was on constantly and when the bathroom light was switched it became louder and louder so our sleep was disturbered Also construction work was happening behind the hotel so werewoken at 8am by drilling etc

Excellent value for money, comfortable and clean and I had a great nights sleep and breakfast was excellent also. Although there is no actual parking on site there is car parking next door to the hotel only a few minutes walk and it is discounted for guests.

Next to Millenium Centre for the opera ( and other shows). Just one bus ride from Cardiff Central Station. Brilliant!! Also handy for the barrage walk and the bay boat trips. We will come back. Staff lovely but It’s the busiest Premier Inn I have ever been in and we stay in London quite a lot.
